With a shared hosting account you have full access to administer your site via the Control Panel interface, which is accessible by going to http://cp.yourdomain.com (insert your own domain name). We always achieve 99.9%. We don't ever plan on downtime however, unexpected problems can occur. In these situations we swiftly replace the hardware to ensure the server is operating fully as soon as possible. We do not keep unreliable web servers running – we simply replace them. Can I use your services to send SPAM email, host adult sites, provide pirate software, harvest passwords and MP3 downloads?
No. We will suspend your site if your site has such content or engages in illegal practices. Design Master supports only legal businesses. Which country will my site be hosted?
Our managed web servers are in both the US and UK. We alternate account creation between servers regardless of location unless you specifically require a particular location.
